How fast will I receive my order?

Merchandise is processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and shipped thereafter. If you’ve selected our free Standard Shipping, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. We ship all orders via USPS. You will receive a delivery confirmation once we ship your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses.

Can I get faster shipping?

You bet! Rush delivery is shipped via USPS Priority 2-Day Shipping.

I live outside the U.S. Can I place an order?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. If you’re located internationally and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at support@thundersomethreads.com for assistance. We will try to accommodate your request, or give you information on when we will be able to ship to your location.

As a small business, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right, and ensure a positive customer experience. While we do not offer refunds, you can exchange your apparel if it has a defect, within 30 days after it is received. Proof of purchase, packaging intact, and all items included are required to process the exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Thundersome Threads. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email team@thundersomethreads.com for return/exchange authorization instructions.
